Spam protection: your IP address is used to limit how many messages can be sent, then forgotten after 10 minutes.

Audience measurement: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.

Protecting the form against abuse and measuring audience: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Messages are kept for at most 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.

Rate-limiting data is erased after 10 minutes.

Vercel (hosting and audience measurement), Resend (email delivery) and, where enabled, Upstash (rate limiting). These providers may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. One functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers your language for one year when you switch languages.
